TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. There will be no contract between the company and the client until the client has signed a booking form and paid the required deposit.

2. Full payment will be due immediately for bookings made within 42 days. subsequent cancellation of the booking by the client is subject to the charges in clause 4.

3. No reminders or statements will be sent.

4. In the event of cancellation by the client the following cancellation charges will be made: 41 days - or more deposit only. 41 days - 29 days 30%. 28 days - 22 days 45%. 21 days - 15 days 60%. 14 days - 8 days 80%. 7 days - 0 days 100%.

5. We promise that if you do not get the holiday you booked or it is not of a reasonable standard and you suffer as a result then if it is our fault we will pay you compensation according to our rules. In some circumstances we will also offer you alternative arrangements if we have to change or cancel your walking holiday.

6. Cancellation and withdrawal by us. If you withdraw from the holiday because of a significant change made by us or if we have to cancel your walking holiday for any reason (except where it is your fault) we will offer you a full refund. Important - compensation arrangements do not apply to changes caused by reasons of fire, health risk, technical problems to transports, adverse weather conditions and similar events beyond our control.

7. Accommodation booking service. * The company does not own or manage the hotel or guest houses, or bed&breakfast establishments which are used in its accommodation booking service. * The premises chosen for customers have been inspected by the company and on this basis are considered to possess suitable facilities for them * if, after accommodation has been arranged, and you wish to change the date of departure or alter the arrangements already made, such fee as may be properly demanded by the establishment booked will be charged to the customer.

8. Your package holiday accommodation details will only be released once the balance has been paid, eg six weeks before commencement date.

9. Guarantee of cost of holiday. The price of your holiday is fully guaranteed. Whilst we reserve the right to change our prices at any time, before you book, the price of your holiday as shown on your booking form unless you amend the booking after it is issued.

10. Luggage transfer service is provided for us by a very reliable operator. Soft holdalls are preferred, rather than suitcases if possible, one item of luggage per person. A weight limit of 20kg applies to each piece of luggage.

11. Left luggage is at owner's risk. You are advised to take out your own holiday insurance.

12. Vehicles using the transfer service must be taxed & have a valid M.O.T certificate for at least the duration of your holiday with us.

13. A 2% charge is made for payments by credit card.
